All I want is a return label
Aug 4 - Inspiron Desktop 3910 (G7400) arrives Aug 4, setup and tested
Aug 10 - Decided performance was too slow for me, so requested returns address slip
Aug 12 - No sign of email with returns slip, contacted Fernadez at Order Support, they said they’d fix it and promised I’d get a slip by Aug 15
Aug 16 - No sign of email with returns slip, contacted Rokandla at Order Support, they said they’d fix it and promised I’d get a slip in the next 24 hours
Aug 18 - No sign of email with returns slip, emailed Order Support this time. Catherine replied, they promised to fix it, I’d get the slip within the next 24 hours
Aug 23 - No sign of email with returns slip, contacted Gavin at Order Support, they said they’d fix it and promised I’d get a slip in the next 24 hours
Aug 26 - No sign of email with returns slip, contacted Karanam at Order Support, they promised to fix it, thought I’d try home pickup this time, they said a DPD driver would collect on Aug 30 before 6pm
Aug 30 (almost 8pm) - guess what? No one came!
Dell, what is going on with your returns process? All I want to do is return this pc, how hard can this be? Just for info, I ordered the Inspiron 3910 (i5) on Aug 15 and it arrived on Aug 17, the delivery/pickup process seems to be working okay in that direction!

The pc eventually got picked up on September 2, thanks to Sahana for arranging this.
