Alienware laptop got burnt within 3 months and even after repair which took one month still facing issues

I regret my decision of buying an alienware which costed my 1700(which could get me 3 basic laptops) and my fan was burnt within 3 months. A new laptop started giving issues within 3 months, not sure how the manufacturing standards have fallen. I gave my laptop to service center and they took around 1 month for repairing my laptop and after receiving it back I still see that my speakers are not working. As per the repair feedback, they mentioned that they have replaced my speakers and if new speakers are not working, not sure what could go wrong in future. I regret the decision of buying from dell and alienware as I had high expectations. I wouldn’t even get a refund as the issue did not occur during first month and now I am stuck with this laptop which can’t be trusted. Don’t want anyone to face this issue as looks like dell lost its trust.
