Advance Exchange - latitude 7320

On January 02, 2023, I purchased a Dell Latitude 7320. It burns inside and has a charging port issue. Initially, the charge port was replaced, and it was determined that a new motherboard was needed. Second repair: Dell swapped out the mother board and the charging port, but the diagnostic failed. Third repair: sent to Dell repair for additional diagnosis; however, problem remains unresolved. Following all repairs, Dell provided an advance exchange. Thus, on August 21, 2024, I sent this laptop. but never got a new exchange unit back. I'm stuck with my laptop right now and can't get in touch with anyone to fix it. Would you kindly assist me with this?
