Adding details to a service request
Hi,
Is there a way to add details to a service request automatically started by SupportAssist after finding a problem?
The email I received mentions WhatsApp for communication. but I need to add the details from my laptop, as my phone can only receive SMSs.
I did not find any other way to add a comment and/or more details.

Update = After completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup a part replacement.
