Account Deactivated But Cannot Create New Account

@DELL-Cares Hi last week I deleted my Dell Support account. Now I am trying to create a new one with the same email address but it says the account has been deactivated. Technical Support and Sales Support are unable to assist. How can I get my account created again? Thank you.
