where did you see that switch support 10G ? It's a fiber channel switch only, it can't connect to ethernet network other than the management port.

What dynamox said is true . DS300 is a Fabric Switch.

Yup..This switch supports 8Gb/s.
What do you need as configuration help?

Are you saying that you have 10Gb LAN and you want to connect the management port at 10Gb/s? That's the only sense I can make of what you asked, but I can't imagine wasting a 10Gb port on an IP switch just for a management port (on a DS300 no less).
