OK Timezone and so on can setup with CLI

tsclockserver              Displays or sets the NTP server address
tstimezone                 Displays or sets the time zone

access to mybrocade portal is free, at least documentation section is wide open.

So create a login account then ! It's free of charge !

Woops, I don't see the NTP settings in my web console ... sorry about that.

Dell OEM switches that I have seen send you to the "EZSwitchSetup" by default - not sure how to turn that off, but if you http://youswitchipaddress/switchExplorer.html you'll land in the "regular" management console and you should be able to find the NTP setting in there.  Also, if I remember correctly, the default configuration on these Dells have all of the ports "port zoned" to the first two ports.

I checked webtools myself - nothing there.... CLI is the way to go !!
