How to collect a supportshow or supportsave

This was the Brocade solution most used during the past month.

For FOS version below 4.4.x, collect the supportshow output.
For FOS version 4.4.x and above, the supportsave output is required for support issue's. To collect the supportsave outputs you need to have an ftp service running on a seperate host.

There are lots of scripts on brocade web site. There is a part called contribution where you can find those.

Do a telnet to the switch, 'supportshow' and do a screen capture / logging
