CMDCE to CMCNE2 upgrade with entreprise license

Hi

do you have this experience ?

i have a lot of troubles about this migration,  i sue the  upgrade guide to CMCNE11.1 step by step , 

with a CMCDCE 10.5 version and all requisite,  windows2008 ,

i lauch the installer and after all work well but at the end, the CMCNE database can not start with a 'rcadmin" role fail ..

i am not a  database administrator and i don"t know what do with this error
