CloudIQ collector vAPP - problem with configuration

Question

I'm trying to deploy CloudIQ Collector vApp for connecting Connectrix switches to cloudIQ. Selecting 'Deploy a new integrated gateway for this collector' option during configuration.All works fine till 'Email Verification'. Email with Access code never arrives (not in spam etc).vApp has unlimited access to internet. Can somebody help?
