web client is typically installed on the FM server. Just open your web browser and point to the FM server.

try it on the FM server itself, maybe there is a firewall blocking that access from the outside.

I'm not sure, but is there a service that handles the web requests for FM ? If so, restart it, otherwise reboot the FM server.

Cisco's PDF includes a link to where you may download the client.
