IPC path is not found
Hi, can anyone help me to resolve issue
It appears after moving SC7020 to different datacenter and different vlan&ip
on replication/livevolume tab there is "connectivity information" window.
So there are 8 connections. 4 UP and 4 down. All down have the same status message: IPC Path is not found.
San fabrics are the same as in previous datacenter. replication works, but something seems to be wrong.
Checked on controllers in cli - ipc path show - all states are - isConnected

The solution was to reboot both storage centers. After that something restarted in its head and ipc paths became UP.
I think support can do it via remote console in 5 seconds without reboot. OOh.. :(

Really can't understand what cables should I check.. All indication is OK, zones didn't changed. the only change - ip&vlan. but i can't see any network activity which is blocked between two systems, and can't find any information about required ports. btw i opened on firewalls ports udp5000-5010,20000 and tcp3033,443 without any result.

Hello Eugen-P,
In the Installation guide you can see Ports required page 9-10
https://dell.to/41viigF
If you are still having issues after checking those and the information Article 000139441 on my previous post ; it is recommended to contact Support directly and an engineer can do a remote session to get a look with you at your storage and switch configuration issue. Since this is basically a New configuration in new datacenter, switches, cabling storage configuration, it is beyond the scope of support on the Forum.
