vApp CloudIQ Collector installed but no VMware Data and Reporting in CloudIQ

Hi All.  We installed a CloudIQ vApp Collector and added the vCenter successfully with a correct account.  However, still after three days we don't see any data of VMware and environment being collected at all.  We checked in Monitor -> Virtualization ,   and also checked under Infrastructure -> Storage Array -> Inventory -> VMs.  These are the two places where the document ask to look for the VMware data.   Any clues.  How long does it takes to populate the VMware data in CloudIQ Servers of Dell EMC.    Thanks.
