APEX DDVE from AWS Marketplace image and Cloud Tier support

Hi,

- I have downloaded the APEX DDVE from AWS Marketplace (https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-2x2p43yvgswtm?sr=0-1&ref_=beagle&applicationId=AWSMPContessa). 
- The built in trial license doesn't support Cloud Tier but I obtained and installed a 180 days license that does include Cloud Tier. 
- I installed the image into a m6i.8xlarge instance type which has 32 vCPUs and 128GB Memory. 
- Still, when I try to configure the Cloud Tier I get the message that my CPU and Memory settings are not sufficient. Based on the listed requirements, the resources I have should be sufficient|
