the clariion storage system user is unauthenticated
HI
We have a Clariion Cx4 and Celerra ns-960 environment. We recently changed the admin password on Unsiphere and the Celerra Control stations. However, on Unisphere the Celerra System Information status shows "the clariion storage system user is unauthenticated"
What else needs to be completed to fix this issue?
Thanks

that is exactly what i wanted to see and expected, yes you need to run that command to update the local nasdb with the new Unisphere credentials. This procedure is non-disruptive.

Hi Dynamox
Thanks for the reply. When I run “nas_storage-c –a” it gives me the following:
Error 13422231564: Invalid credentials for the storage array
Do I have run “nas_storage -modify id=1 –security” on our two Celerra NS-960 in order to update the security on Unisphere?
If I have to run the above command is it disruptive or cause the users to experience any issues?
Thanks Again
J
