Have you tried to reseat the storage processor? What device are you using?

I haven't try yet to reset controller, we are using EMC VNX-VSS100.

Depending on which speed CPU you have
1.6ghz SP part number 110-140-100B
2.4ghz SP part number 110-140-400B
DIMM for SP part number 100-563-325

How we can make sure that SP-B is faulty and it can't be fix.

I have rest SP-B processor today but the problem is same. Please support to resolve this issue.

Is it under warranty? Sounds like SP-B needs to be replaced.

You could also try swapping it with A and see if the problems follows the SP.
