First you should find out the current owners of all the LUNs, then find out which hosts are accessing these LUNs.
You can use USM (Unisphere Service Manager) to generate the required reports. You can search and download USM on support.emc.com (in Support Tools category). Please also refer to the KB "How to use Unisphere Service Manager (USM) to generate new configuration reports and view existing reports": https://support.emc.com/kb/15660 and "How do I use the Unisphere Service Manager (USM) to view SPCollect information?": https://support.emc.com/kb/14163 for the details.
