clariion ax4-5 both sp are not reachable

my aged ax4-5 storage are not reachable by browser or naviseccli

for naviseccli , it gives out error after long waits: A network error occurred while trying to connect: '172.20.75.242'.
Message : Error occurred because connection refused. Unable to establish a secure connection to the Management Server.

for browser, it just keep loading without error

i tested the 443 port with telnet, it's live

ping is able to reach both sp too

I think the management server is hang or malfunctioning, how do I restart them when I cannot access it from the network?

Hi Kenneth.shum,

Are you able to telnet into them? You may just have to pull the power. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Hi John,

I'm not able to telnet to either of these.

If I unplug power, will also disconnect the data store right? Not sure I want to do this...

I saw there is a white button at the far right bottom with a 'lock (or unlock)' symbol, what's that for?

Can you access the /setup page, when you connect to the management port with a laptop & local IP?
