AX4-5i unable to see a 2TB disk
Hello,
We had a 1TB disk fail in our AX4-5i, I've replaced it with a standard 2TB disk. What happens is it tells me the disk is in a "Transitioning" state for about 30 seconds when I look at it under the disk pools page then it changes to removed despite the disk still being there.
I've also tried putting the disk in an empty bay and it won't show up at all there either.
So my question was, would anyone know if there is a disk size limit for this model where it won't accept disks over 1TB?
The only event code I can see in the Event log is an error 0x7400 relating to the disk bay the 2TB disk is in.
The only item I see with a version number under software is FLARE-Operating-Environment: 02.23.050.5.707.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks

AX4-5 supports the following 2TB disks, first please make sure the part number of your disk is correct.
So you'd replaced the faulted 1TB disks with a new 2TB disk? This may bring some issues, since your RAID group is based on 1TB disks. You need to get a new and compatible 1TB disk to replace the fauled one.

Note the version of flare that you need for the 2TB disks .02.23.050.5.707. Also, you should be using the latest flare which is 02.23.050.5.711.
