Unlock Fabric [Cisco MDS]

Hello,

I have a problem with my Cisco MDS. It says that the fabric is locked by a certain SNMP user. The problem is that I've basically done all the possible clearing/unlocking commands I've found on the internet yet it still says it's locked. There don't seem to be any pending changes as well. How can I unlock it?

Edit: There are pending changes in place that I want to commit, yet when I try to it says that there is another active session. Does this mean the particular user that locked the Fabric needs to commit them? Is there no way of committing the changes myself?
