Replacing Cisco stack with N3048ON-EP stack. QoS/config questions
I am setting up a new Dell stack with 5x N3048EP-ON. The current stack consists of 5x Cisco 2960 switches. The config on the ports used for phones is listed below. The computers are plugged into the phones for internet access.
switchport access vlan 30
switchport mode access
switchport voice vlan 50
srr-queu bandwidth share 1 30 35 5
priority-queu out
mls qos trust cos
auto qos trust
spanning-tree portfast
spanning-tree bpduguard enable
Here are the two configs I tried on the Dell side of things.
spanning-tree portfast
spanning-tree portfast bpdufilter default
switchport mode general
switchport general allowed vlan add 30
switchport voice vlan 50
spanning-tree portfast
spanning-tree portfast bpdufilter default
switchport mode access
switchport access vlan 30
switchport voice vlan 50
I'm not super familiar with Cisco, so this has been a bit of a struggle. I tried access and general mode on the Dell stack. Using access mode the phone and PC pulled an IP from VLAN 30, and with general no IP was pulled from either. Please let me know if you need any more information. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
It would not let me post the word queu-e, so I left the E off the end in the config above. Sorry for any confusion.
