Dell Networking

We are looking at replacing some of our access switches and possibly some distribution swithces. Cisco is our usual go to brand but we have been given a smaller budget. I had a rep around from a Dell reseller and was wondering if anyone uses Dell switches and can give an honest review.

Spoiler
Hi i am a big fan of HP and DELL switches. Put simply the "brand" handles critical servers so I'm happy with both. We are actually closing up CISCO due to cost cutting and limited usage of their proprietary protocols.
We have also focused on Netgear (mid-level) due to their lifetime warranties. Support is good as well. We have never had to contact Dell or HP in terms of network support. so defo worthwhile!
In the grapvine - Dell tech on that goes back to IBM pre-lenovo days - remember lexmark!

All the best
