CISCO MDS FCIP Perfomance Issue

I am doing DC to DR replication using FCIP configured in MDS 9509 3.3 (5b)

I have got 144 Mbps speed at MPLS cloud link

But for the replication from DR to DC maximum bandwidth i am getting is 80Mbps

I had modified Min and Max bandwidth option to 150

I have got 2 SAN switch , One FCIP is up and second one is down still i am getting 80Mbps transfer rate, when second link is stable its sharing the traffic between 2 FCIP as 35 Mbps per Switch

Is there any setting in SAN switch that could cause the bandwidth to specific value

My fcip parameters are :-

TCP parameters

        SACK is enabled

PMTU discovery is enabled, reset timeout is 3600 sec

        Keep alive is 60 sec

Minimum retransmission timeout is 200 ms

Maximum number of re-transmissions is 4

Send buffer size is 0 KB

Maximum allowed bandwidth is 150000 kbps

Minimum available bandwidth is 150000 kbps

Configured round trip time is 18000 usec

Congestion window monitoring is enabled, burst size is 50 KB

        Auto jitter detection is enabled
