Replacement stylus for the Dell 7486 Chromebook

Question

Can someone from Dell please tell me how to purchase/order the precise EMR stylus that comes with the Dell 14 (7486) Chromebook AND that fits into the fitted/designated space for it? Although Dell sells an EMR stylus for $29 that will work, that stylus does not fit into the stylus 'garage' or fitted spot for the 7486 stylus, which defeats one of the main selling points of the device. I know several other users who have either lost or broken the stylus that came with their device. Surely there is or should be some way to order the precise stylus that came with the device and fits into it properly. Could someone at Dell please talk to the right person at Dell to make this happen? If not, could someone from Dell please give me a good explanation why not? Sincere thanks.

Dell doesn't seem to monitor this forum at all. You might try calling or emailing instead.

There is no point contacting Dell. Even before Dell discontinued this model, Dell had no interest whatsoever in supporting customers of this model. Dell would neither sell a replacement stylus nor explain why they would not do so. Shame on Dell.
