NFS mount point on Centera v4.2

Hi All,

Can we use space from the centera to host NFS mount point and store file data on to the centera?

Appreciate your inputs.

regards,

Samir

Hi Samir,

We can use Centera for File Storage using CUA, but please note that Centera is not designed to work as a filer or NAS, and though it might support CIFS and NFS Protocols the performance will no where be closer to actual Filer or a NAS device.

Please note that CUA is no longer used widley and we use a product called FMA instead of CUA now.
