Does it happen at the beginning as soon as you try to move the files are it happens in the middle.The issue could be with the pea file if its happening at the very beginning.
Have you got a valid Centera connection open already that you are passing?
Centera Error Messages with something like -10xxx would be helpful to help resolving your issue. These can also be found in the SDK Documentation to help you investigate.
