Centera: need to get up-to-speed!
Hi folks!
Hope all is well!
I'm shortly going to need to get my hands dirty with Centera after a few years away...can anyone recommend a reputable, knowledgeable and most of all, helpful soul who could spare me maybe an hour max to bring me up to speed on the latest developments and point me to where I can get documentation, global services software (if it's still called that) etc...

Anyone? :-) Maybe this is an easier question for now..."can anyone give me an estimated level-of-effort for installing 2x 4-node replicated Centera devices (two physical locations)?

Hi Helmut,
Your name sounds very familiar...I am sure we have discussed Centera or Celerra a long time ago...
Regarding my request, I just needed to provide the customer with a Level-of-Effort for the install.
I was able to obtain the PS-EXP-CI4R toolkit, which had enough info to help me provide the LOE.
My next challenge, after 7 years away, is to re-acquaint myself with Centera!
I am trying to regain access to the cs.isus.emc.com site so I can obtain the latest documentation via the GS tool. The other item I understand I need to get access to is the EMC Solve desktop tool, which replaced the Procedure Generator this year?
I have put in a request via IT; waiting for their response.
