Centera CICM - clips per hour estimate

Greetings.

Is there a simple formula we can use to estimate the number of c-clips that would be moved via CICM. Not looking for a number to hang our hat on just a guestimate for time planning purposes (knowing that it's subject to change based on a multitude of variables).
