Update NS-120 Control Station?

I can't seem to find the software to upgrade an NS-120 control station. Anyone know where I can find that? Is it part of another package and I'm just missing it?

Thanks,

-Mike

I have resolved this. Thank you for everyone's input. The solution was to re-run the NAS portion of the upgrade (Celerra) through the Unisphere Service Manager. When the NAS is upgraded the Control Station is upgraded too. I have no idea how the Celerra and Clariion devices were upgraded without the Control Station in the first place. But there you go. If you ever have the same problem I did, just upgrade the NAS again.

Hi,

What version you are trying to upgrade to?? You can download the software from support.emc.com website.

IF you are upgrading the control station because of a CS replacement then please follow the procedure from the procedure generator (now Solve Desktop)

The version and what the actual software package is called are what I'm trying to figure out. So our Celerra and Clariion on this unit was upgraded but not the controls station (to 6.0.61-0 and 04.30.000.5.526,7.30.18, respectively). Now EMC Unisphere is barking about the Clariion being "Unsupported". I know the Control Station wasn't upgraded with the other components so I'm trying to find out what version I need, where to download it, and what the process is. Thanks!

Not a replacement. Just a regular upgrade.

If you log in into powerlink you can find an application called Solve Desktop (before called Procedure Generator). This application is a generator of procedures.

I`m pretty sure that you can generate this procedure with this tool and please make you exactly step to step that this procedure says.

Regards and hope this help you.

Sounds like a good tool. I downloaded it, installed it, authorized it, but the list of products that were authorized for me are none of the products I actually own (including the NS-120). Strange. For example, it authorized Avamar, I've never owned that. Hmm.
