Hi Folks,

Can you please let me know why i am getting this type error messages on my celerra array.

"LIB: 3:[SA21VDM01] DNS update ERROR: Primary name server not found while registering sa21cif01.xxxx.xxxx.com"

For your information: We are gettig NSLOOKUP failed error for our CIFS servers. Find the below output.

C:\Users\sdodda-c>nslookup sa21cif01

Server:  shcbadc01.corp.shire.com

Address:  10.110.18.240

Name:    sa21cif01.corp.shire.com

Address:  10.110.18.205

C:\Users\sdodda-c>nslookup 10.110.18.205

Server:  shcbadc01.corp.shire.com

Address:  10.110.18.240

*** shcbadc01.corp.shire.com can't find 10.110.18.205: Non-existent domain

is this could be cause of the Cifs shares perfomance issues??. We are facing lots of perfomance issues in our celerra array.
