This is the wrong question i think.. because vCenter doesnt run directly on phys. Hardware and isnt certified in that fashion.
vCenter 6.7 was the last version which runs on the Windows os. After that it runs only as a VM on ESXi. iiRC the VCSA 7.x needed vHW13 which is ESX5.5 or so.
Your FC630 is certified for ESXi 7.x. The latest VCSA can manage ESX 8.0 and 7.0.x. See https://interopmatrix.vmware.com/Interoperability?col=2,5891&row=1,

Hello thanks for choosing Dell.
Vcenter is a software from VMware S/W, like OMSA Dell, I believe this question is best answered by VMware support, not Dell. Sorry I can't be of help this time.

An additional note.. an vCenter/VCSA can also manage ESXi 6.7 but for that every 6.x the supports ended in last october.
So as you have an valid entitlement for your vSphere vCenter you can upgrade to vCenter 7.x or 8.x. This Software have no relationship to the underlying Hardware(FC630).
