May I know which firmware you've flashed (From and To) and Method? I don't see iKVM Firmware revision.

Hello,
I have the same issue.
ikvm was on the Firmware ver A03 1.0.1, I updated the CMC Firmware from 3.0.3 to 4.5 (this works).After CMC update Firmware of ikvm "disappears".
I try to update ikvm Firmware (webgui and Telnet) , but it doesn´t works.
CMC-protocol Shows timeout error. Firmware is located on the same network

issue solved: ikvm was replaced by DELL
new ikvm with all Firmware works, Firmware upgrade works.

good luck to you not to me. Dell Vietnam resolve slow. after about 2 weeks they told me to buy another card iKVM.
