Dell VRTX with the R1-2401 Card assigning a VLAN
I have a R1-2401 Switch and I am trying to assign a VLAN labled 10 to each M520 Blade. I know VLAN1 is the default and I would use that for management, but when I assign VLAN 10 and remove VLAN 1 to External Port Gi 0/3 to Blade 2 using Gi 2/1 I get a lost connection, but when I assign VLAN 1 back and remove VLAN 10 from both internal and external ports it starts working again. My whole internal network is set on VLAN 10 on my physical Cisco switches, but I want to move the VRTX onto VLAN 10, but right now I am having issues with it. My configuration on the VRTX is below:
I want to assign Blade 1 to External Ports Gi 0/1 and internal Port GI 1/1 - 1/4 on VLAN 10 for example. I would do the same thing for External Port Gi 0/3 and Internal Port Gi 2/1 - 2/4 for Blade 2 on VLAN 10. What would be the best way to accomplish that? Thank you advance any information you can provide would be great.

Hello,
Unfortunately, we cannot provide direct config help, but I think the VLAN configuration article here will help. https://dell.to/3kGRnth
For the full guide pg 335 https://downloads.dell.com/manuals/all-products/esuprt_ser_stor_net/esuprt_poweredge/poweredge-vrtx_reference-guide6_en-us.pdf think this guide can help.
Again, it would be very useful if other users who have experience in the community share their experiences.
Let us know if it helps!

Thank you for the reply. I hope an end user can help me out with this. I was looking for more help on the GUI end. I would like to know how to do it via the GUI. I was not expecting Dell to help me out directly. Thanks again!
