Dell Intel X710 double port not showing up SRIOV capability

I've just bought a Dell Intel X710 double port board and installed it in a Dell R630 server running Ubuntu Linux Server 16.04 LTS. The issue I am facing is that it does not advertise SRIOV capability which - I  think - it should. Is there any way I can configure the board so that it supports SRIOV ?

You'll find attached "lspci -vv" & "ethtool -i" output.

BTW SRIOV is enabled in the BIOS and works OK for i350-based interfaces.
