Unable to retrieve VM backup content
In an Avamar (19.4) environment integrated with DataDomain, the backup has been running normally, however, when I tried to restore a full VM backup, an error is displayed: "Cannot browse content. View Details".
In the details it is displayed:
"avtar Warning <18125>: Calling DDR_OPEN returned result code:5034 message:the user has insufficient privilege avtar Error <10542>: Data Domain server "[DATADOMAIN_NAME]" open failed DDR result code: 5034, desc: the user has insufficient privileges avtar Error <10512>: Problem logging into the DDR server index:1"
In the log (/usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_log/mcserver.log.0) is displayed:
"03/16-10:44:39.00107 [RMI TCP Connection(676)-[IP_AVAMAR]#12210] com.avamar.mc.dpn.ExecuteCommand.exec

Data Domain monitoring status in AVAMAR is OK, all backups run normally and file level restore (FLR) also works normally.
The problem is just the impossibility of restoring the VM image.
Article number 000203335 (https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000203335/avamar-19-7) has already been checked, but without success.

Fixed issue when upgrading to Avamar 19.8.
