Try mcserver.sh --status | grep -i metadataUtilization

Great, thanks for that. The output looks like this:
admin@avamar:~/>: mcserver.sh --status | grep -i metadataUtilizationmetadataUtilization (larger of (nstripes/totalStripesPermitted) or (stripeReserved/(nodeSizeAfterDiskReadOnly * stripeUtilizationCapacityFactor)) * 100): 3.24
(Data has grown since the screenshot, the MCGUI also shows 3.2% Utilization)
