I have taken a backup of one Database and now I am unable to restore that database to its original location as well as other location.

Which Database? Which version?
Which Avamar version? Which Avamar client and plugin versions? Any hotfixes in use?
Have you read the Avamar User Guide for your specific DB?
What type of restore are you trying? Straight to DB, restore to file?
Do you get error messages? Have the DB backups worked without errors? Have you restored the DB successfully before?
