IDPA Avama Server Service is down
My question is we had an Idpa server in the data center and when we started the gsan service it take alot of time and still doesn't start. Alot of data has been backed up and ican't find check point, what do you recommend?
As a solution, is it possible to restore the backed-up data if we reinstall the avamar Server?

If the Avamar dint have a clean shutdown its possible it might not start correctly, Open support ticket to check clean shutdown and starting.
if you can login to avamar via command line try these command
dpnctl status
cplist
status.dpn
