If you're using Open Manage then its pretty simple to get those queries out of OME using Ansible or API calls. If not you can probably get the ServiceTag from the Ansible iDRAC attributes module. There's a whole schema to the attributes so you'd have to do some digging to find the right one.

I'm also interested in this. I'd like to provide a service tag to the API and retrieve device details, including model number.
