x17 R1, battery life
I have a month with my X17, the battery only last for one and a half hour. I made a clean install of windows 10 and i get 5 hours or more, the next day it returns to the same issue, starts consuming more power at idle more than 50,000 mW, does anyone have the same issue? Can someone help me?

thank you for your support, i made a clean installation of windows, and didnt install the ACC it looks the problem is fixed, but now i need to find an alternative, do you know if there is one to control everything?

Everything looks fine, the problem is the consumption of the laptop, when i verify the real time consumption on INTEL GRAPHICS COMMAND CENTER after the clean installation of windows it showed from 15,000 to 25,000 mW of use the next day after i install just the alienware command center it started to show 55,000 mW of use when idle.

Hi @Dmizrahi Is there any good reason to have AWCC running? if AWCC and OC Controls is not completely removed there can be problems. Please use Revo Uninstaller Free and its advanced scan to remove AWCC and OC Controls. Then use X17 R1 with no AWCC installed for a few days, to see if this is the root cause of excessive battery capacity reduction. Thanks.

I have the same issue. I just purchased the Inspiron 14 touch screen. I get maybe three hours?
This is crazy. I will think twice about recommending this laptop.
