18 R2, SSD with heatsink fit without thermal pad?
As stated above.. more details. I have bought 990 pro with heatsink. Will it fit in empty slot where there is no thermal pad/bracket? Thanks a ton if someone can be of assistance

Not in a notebook computer, no -- it will not fit.
