No microphone detected on m16 R2

Hello,
I got an Alienware m16 R2 (with windows 11) recently and when I plug my headset logitech G432 I can hear sounds (sometimes with a kind of noise) but the microphone doesn't work.

The headset works well on my other old computer (ASUS, windows10).
Do you have any idea please ?
I saw on a old post to use an adapter (https://www.amazon.com/UGREEN-Headphone-Stereo-Adapter-Compatible/dp/B0CMHRKBNG?th=1) but it doesn't suit to my headset...
