m18 R1, keeps crashing while gaming, while using any application

<Moved out of Desktops and into Laptops. DELL-Admin>

Since July 2024, my pc keeps crashing. I am encountering various blue screens, applications crash and performance is too low. In September 2024, i still have these problems even after contacting the support everyday since July. My pc is updated to the latest versions, BIOS, NVIDIA drivers, windows, etc. I have 4090 GPU, core i9 intel 13th gen. Any solutions?
