m16 R2, multiple issues

I just bought this brand new and very expensive alienware laptop top of the line ,however there is multiple issues with it ,there is something wrong with the screen and if you whatch it for long period it really punish my eyes makes them tired and tiery and causing me headche,i tried reducing brightness and resolution change and speaking with dell techical team nothing helps,also the fans are so loud when clearing heat that you cant hear the sound at all,and they blow continuasly for long time, there is no solution for that either so far ,and also there seem to be something in the software that rediriects some web sites to bitcoin exchange called binance ,there was no resolution ,any help will be appreciated as the only thing that technical team was to offer refund and return the laptop thank you i never had so many issues with dell laptop before i really like the brand
