m16 R1, Windows 10 support?

This computer came with Windows 11. Does Dell have a Windows 10 Pro build for this laptop? YES I KNOW 11 is now out and comes on this laptop. BUT Windows 10 still has support for through 2025.

@ejn63 Ok, solved problem.

shrunk windows 11 drive as low as it can go.  on new partition installed windows 10 pro. installed drivers pre downloaded.  wifi did not work, found my tplink archer wifi adapter, searched for wifi cards driver, found, installed it works.  device manager now showing all drivers good!  oh yea rebooted windows 10 and 11 running on same drive, bootup selexts windows 10 as default with option of booting to windows 11.

oh did go in bios disableded tpm 2.0 so windowz 11 don;t load.

ya forgot to suggest dual booting as a option.

No - the only OS Dell supports on this model is Windows 11.  That doesn't mean Windows 10 won't work, but you're on your own to install it  and make it work.

You should either retain the original drive with the factory OS, or make a verified image of it -- Dell will insist on Windows 11 being active before any warranty support or repair is rendered.

You do not need to disable TPM or secure boot;  Windows 10 fully supports it.

As for the rest, you asked whether or not Dell had a build of Windows 10 for this system -- not whether a dual-boot is possible.

Hi hcalhoun01 thank you for sharing a working good solution.

Just out of interest, what is the storage capacity of the SSD OS(C:) boot drive?
