m15 R5, loud fan after an hour?
We just received brand new laptop and wondering if this normal? After hour or so the fan goes into high mode, loud noise and very warm to touch? Any recommendations to reduce this?

Hi @MsJLG please open Task Manager - Performance tab to see if CPU usage is high because it is installing updates over the internet. You may also want to visit Support for Alienware m15 Ryzen Edition R5 to get Dell updates and install SupportAssist. If Windows 11 not installed, Windows 10 Update Assistant will enable process to correctly get to install Windows 10 version 21H2.
