m15 R4, keyboard still not working

It's now the end of 2023 and the Alienware keyboard has still not been fixed. This is beyond ridiculous that you can't fix this problem. There are literally hundreds of people with this problem. Replacing the keyboard doesn't fix it, as it is a software issue. At this point, you guys just need to give me my money back for this. It's been over a year that I've been dealing with this. I would like to spend this money on a computer that actually works.
