how to stop awcc 5 updating to 6 ?

hi, 

i have a

Alienware 7.1 Gaming Headset | AW510H ,

Alienware Wired/Wireless Gaming Mouse | AW610M

Dell Alienware 38 Monitor - AW3821DW

i was on awcc version 5 and it updated to awcc6 without asking and now it says my device aw510h isn't compatible with awcc6

if i reinstall awcc5 it eventually updates itself to awcc6 and breaks itself again :(

how do i stop the update ?

version 5 has a bug where it stops the screensaver from activating. the only solution i've found was to end the awccbackgroundserver.exe process. the newer version no longer has this process so i have no idea whic process to stop from preventing sleep / screensaver from activating. anyone have any idea ?
