Cannot for the life of me get my Alienware m17 r5 AMD to reinstall windows off of a boot usb

I wanted to reinstall windows 11 because my computer started having very high ram utilization with no apps open (90 - 100%). And the bulit in reinstallation tools in windows were not working. 

Im going to list the steps I have taken so far.

In the bios secure boot is disabled and usb emulation is enabled.

Bios will only register that the usb is plugged in if I plug it in right after it starts. 

I stupidly decided to clear the ssd with the bios setting clear drive on next boot. 

I got one boot usb to start and it got to about 10% on the windows 11 install before randomly shutting down and removing all of the progress. It did this multiple times before I switched to a different boot usb. 

Whenever I can boot to this usb, it will only say that I need to install a driver to make my hardware discoverable, but ive checked the alienware website and tried updating my bios and it still didnt work, I dont think this driver exists. 

Currently I am installing ubuntu on my first usb drive to see if that will be able to install, but I would much rather use windows. Please help!
