AWCC Installation Manager keeps popping up and not installing when playing games

I absolutely hate AWCC. However, I am forced to use it because its the only program that can control my fans. Every few months or so, a new update or what not will mess up the program and we have to troubleshoot. This time, I am getting constant "AWCC Installation Manager pop up when I am playing a game. It will hang on the bottom right of the screen, and say "Downloading Packages" or whatever. However, it will ALWAYS stop at 30%. Then a few minutes after, it will do the SAME THING. Uninstalling/Reinstalling does not work. I have the newest AWCC update from November 18th.
